ShineLine Plus ("ShineLine Plus," "the Company," "we," "us," or "our") owns and operates the website located at shinelineplus.com (the "Site") and provides mobile automotive detailing, ceramic coating application, and visual media, photography, and filmmaking services (collectively, the "Services").

• Form submissions: information you voluntarily provide through scheduling and contact forms on the Site, which are processed by our third-party form provider (see Section 5).
• Automatically collected technical data (if applicable): limited information such as IP address, browser type, and general usage data that may be collected by our hosting provider or analytics tools to keep the Site secure and functioning.

We do not request or knowingly collect sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, health information, or financial account credentials) through the Site. Any payment, if applicable, is handled directly between you and us or through a reputable third-party payment processor; we do not store full payment card numbers on the Site.

Promotional communications. We will only send you marketing, promotional, or sales communications (by email or text) if you have expressly opted in to receive them, typically by indicating your preference at the time of inquiry. Opting in to promotional messages is never a condition of receiving our Services.

Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out.

• To stop receiving promotional text messages, reply STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance.
• To stop receiving marketing emails, use the unsubscribe link where provided or contact us using the details in Section 19.
• You may continue to receive non-promotional, service-related messages necessary to complete a transaction even after opting out of marketing.

No sharing of consent data. We do not share, sell, or transfer your mobile telephone number, opt-in status, or text-messaging consent to any third party for that party's own marketing purposes.

5. Third-Party Service Providers

We engage a limited number of trusted third-party service providers to operate our business. These providers may process your information solely to perform services on our behalf and are not authorized to use it for their own purposes:

• Formspree (formspree.io): processes contact and appointment-scheduling form submissions made through the Site. Information you submit through these forms is transmitted to us via Formspree's platform. We encourage you to review Formspree's own privacy policy at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
• Email, messaging, hosting, and analytics providers (as applicable): support our communications, the operation and security of the Site, and routine business functions.

All photographs, videos, films, raw footage, edited media, color-grades, graphics, written content, designs, branding, logos, and other creative works produced, captured, or created by ShineLine Plus (collectively, the "Creative Works") are the exclusive intellectual property of ShineLine Plus and are protected under United States copyright law and applicable international treaties.

• Ownership. ShineLine Plus retains full ownership of and copyright in all Creative Works it produces, including content that depicts a client's vehicle, property, or premises, unless a separate written agreement signed by ShineLine Plus expressly transfers or licenses specific rights.
• No unauthorized use. No Creative Work, in whole or in part, may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, republished, distributed, modified, sold, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written permission of ShineLine Plus.
• Site content. All text, layout, graphics, logos, and design elements appearing on shinelineplus.com are owned by or licensed to ShineLine Plus and are similarly protected. The ShineLine Plus name and logo are marks of the Company and may not be used without permission.
• Permitted client use. Where ShineLine Plus delivers media to a client, the client receives only the usage rights expressly stated at the time of delivery (for example, personal, non-commercial use), and all other rights are reserved by ShineLine Plus.
• Copyright infringement notices. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please contact us using the details in Section 19 with sufficient information to identify the work and the allegedly infringing material.

13. Use of Client Vehicles and Likeness in Media

In the ordinary course of providing detailing, ceramic coating, and visual media Services, ShineLine Plus may photograph or film the vehicles, work, and results associated with a project for portfolio, demonstration, advertising, website, and social-media purposes.

By engaging our Services, you grant ShineLine Plus a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to capture, edit, display, and use imagery and footage of the serviced vehicle and the resulting work for these promotional purposes. ShineLine Plus will use reasonable efforts to avoid displaying personally identifying details such as license plates or identifiable faces where doing so would compromise your privacy.

Opt-out. If you prefer that we not use media of your vehicle or project for marketing, you may notify us in writing before or at the time of service, and we will honor that request.

14. Service Disclaimers (Detailing & Ceramic Coating)

The Services are provided on a professional best-efforts basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Results vary. Detailing and ceramic coating outcomes depend on the pre-existing condition, age, paint, and prior treatment of each vehicle. ShineLine Plus does not guarantee the removal of all defects, scratches, stains, oxidation, or imperfections.
• Ceramic coatings. Any durability period, longevity, or performance characteristic referenced for a ceramic coating is an estimate based on manufacturer guidance and proper maintenance, and any warranty is subject to the separate written terms, registration requirements, and care instructions applicable to that product. Failure to follow recommended maintenance may void coverage.
• Pre-existing conditions. ShineLine Plus is not responsible for pre-existing damage, defects, mechanical issues, or wear. Clients are encouraged to disclose known issues and to inspect their vehicle before and after service.
• Recommendations, not guarantees. Any advice or recommendation we provide is offered in good faith and does not constitute a guarantee of any particular result.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ShineLine Plus and its owners, members, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Site, the Services, or this Policy. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this section limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

16. Independent Business Status

ShineLine Plus operates as an independent business providing detailing, ceramic coating, and visual media services. Nothing on the Site or in our communications creates any partnership, joint venture, employment, or agency relationship between ShineLine Plus and any client or third party, except as may be set out in a separate signed agreement.

17. No Legal or Professional Advice

The content of this Site is provided for general informational purposes regarding our Services and does not constitute legal, technical, or professional advice. Specific service terms applicable to a project will be set out in the quote, invoice, or written agreement provided to the client.

18. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy and Website Legal Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The "Last Updated" date above indicates when the most recent changes were made. Material changes will take effect when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

This Policy and any dispute arising from it or from your use of the Site or Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
